TA is a model for understanding human behaviour and relationships of self and others.
This course will examine the theory of TA including;
- Structure of personality
- Transactions (the way we relate to others)
- How we structure our time
- Our repetitive unhelpful patterns, and
- Our life script or story.
Members of the course will have opportunities to apply this theory to both their own behaviours and the behaviours of others.
This is a practical course and will be particularly helpful to those;
- Who work in the helping professions or other areas that involve working with others
- Who are interested in more fully understanding themselves and their relationships with others
It is an excellent introduction to anyone who is interested in personal growth and change.
This official 101 course is recognised by National and International TA bodies as the standard approved introduction to enter advanced training in TA.
The completion of the course gives you a 101 certificate and this is a necessary requirement to enter TA training. The certificate confirms you have completed 12 hours of TA theory. The course can be used to satisfy Personal Development requirements. A booklet will be provided to each participant.
